Early Career
Achuth’s career began in 2008, not in a boardroom or a startup incubator, but behind a microphone. He started as a Radio Jockey (RJ) with Red FM 93.5, India’s largest FM network, where he discovered the true power of voice, storytelling, and connection. From the radio waves, his journey expanded to the visual world of television. He collaborated with some of the most well-known networks, including Asianet News, SS Entertainment, Today TV, Victers Channel, and others. Each role sharpened his skills in communication, media production, and audience psychology.
Eager to broaden his horizons, Achuth then entered the world of advertising by joining various advertising agencies, working in their creative departments. Here, he immersed himself in the heartbeat of campaigns — from brainstorming big ideas to executing powerful visuals and messages. Building on his media and advertising foundation, Achuth also worked with various technology companies and clients, where he explored the fast-evolving world of digital platforms. Here, he learned how to merge creativity with technology — helping brands shift from traditional approaches to digital-strategies.
